Competition

1. We, Tryton Foods Limited, are operating the Competition on our website, the homepage of which is at www.auntbessies.co.uk. The terms of the Competition are set out in these Competition Rules, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use which can be accessed on the Website.
2. The Prize is one set of five top-of-the-range Tefal Privilege pans which has a recommended retail price of £100. Any description and images of the Prize displayed on the Website are for the purpose of giving you an approximate idea of the Prize. We reserve the right to substitute another similar prize with the same or higher recommended retail price.
3. The Competition is free to enter. You are responsible for any communications costs incurred in accessing the Website. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
4. Employees of the following organisations and their immediate families may not enter the Competition:
   • Tryton Foods Limited
   • WJS Group Companies, Website Designer, PR/Marketing Agency, any other party involved in the running of the website or the Competition. In order to enter the Competition, you must provide the details requested on the Competition form on the Website, correctly answer the question, tick the relevant box to confirm that you agree to be bound by these Competition Rules and click on the "Enter" button. There is no other method of entering the Competition and you must not enter the Competition more than once.

6. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of your entry before you submit it. Once submitted, you will not be able to view your entry on the Website.
7. The closing date for entries to the Competition is 7th August 2008. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.
8. If we receive your completed entry form before the closing date and you have answered the question correctly, your entry form will be entered into the draw. Four winners will be picked at random in the presence of an independent observer after the closing date. The winners will be notified by registered post by Thursday 3rd July 2008. The winner's name and postal town will be published on the Website. The Prize will be despatched to you at the United Kingdom postal address supplied on the form, or such other address as we agree with you by 3rd July 2008 or as we agree with you Risk in and ownership of the Prize passes to you once the Prize has been despatched.
9. We do not accept responsibility or liability for failures of software or electronic equipment used by you or us in connection with the Competition.
10. You agree that if you win the Competition we may display your name and details of the town in which you live on the Website, and that you will participate free of charge in any publicity which we reasonably request including but not limited to allowing us to publicise your name, details of the town in which you live, your photograph and the fact that you have won the Competition. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how else we will use the information which you provide to us when entering the Competition.
11. We may terminate, amend or extend the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
12. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Competition if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of the Competition Rules.
13. I understand that my name, photo and details of the town where I live may be displayed on this website if I win the Competition.
14. These Competition Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
